Return & Exchange Window

  • All products must be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Items must be accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Products must be in original packaging, with tags intact and unused.

Return Conditions

  • Meesa reserves the right to refuse returns if:
    • The item shows signs of wear or damage.
    • Tags or packaging are missing.
    • The return is initiated after the 7-day window.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • No cash or credit refunds will be issued.
  • Returns are eligible only for exchange.
  • Exchanges can be made for:
    • Products of equal value, or
    • Products of higher value (customer pays the difference).

Shipping Costs

  • If return shipping is required, Meesa will cover the cost of returning the original item.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged item.
