Return & Exchange Window
- All products must be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
- Items must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Products must be in original packaging, with tags intact and unused.
Return Conditions
- Meesa reserves the right to refuse returns if:
- The item shows signs of wear or damage.
- Tags or packaging are missing.
- The return is initiated after the 7-day window.
Refunds & Exchanges
- No cash or credit refunds will be issued.
- Returns are eligible only for exchange.
- Exchanges can be made for:
- Products of equal value, or
- Products of higher value (customer pays the difference).
Shipping Costs
- If return shipping is required, Meesa will cover the cost of returning the original item.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged item.
